POSITION SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Partner will support and execute talent acquisition and HR functions for the agency in collaboration with the COO and CFO. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring and onboarding candidates for assigned positions, and will provide ad hoc HR support services.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage the hiring lifecycle for specific positions: post jobs, screen candidates, arrange interviews, collect feedback, negotiate offers, conduct reference and background checks, and coordinate onboarding.
  • Plan recruiting strategy with hiring managers.
  • Successfully and professionally represent the Company as the candidates’ first point of contact.
  • Track candidate lifecycle through applicant tracking system.
  • Document candidate evaluation and interview process
  • Manage relationships with recruiting agencies.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring teams and candidates throughout process.
  • Follow established hiring, onboarding and offboarding processes and coordinate details for all new hires and exiting workers, ensuring proper handling of assets and systems and facility access.
  • Support diversity and inclusion corporate initiatives
  • Maintain current knowledge and ensure compliance with federal, state and local HR laws.

We are currently recruiting for an Event Manager to join our Events  Operation team based in Trinidad & Tobago.

You will be responsible for leading the operational management of major events at Football, Jazz Festivals, Horse racing etc, crating value for our clients.

· Manage all venues and associated logistical arrangements.

The MRC Analyst will utilize their strong data analysis skills to provide our clients with valuation insights, measurement reporting, and commercial strategies that can shape the ever-evolving sports media landscape.  

This position will work closely with clients ranging from domestic and international sports clubs, leagues, and federations, to Private Capital investors and to new sports media platforms. These clients seek MRC’s leading counsel, and content acquisition strategies, rights packaging, valuation modelling, and international media rights sales.  

The work you’ll do 

  • Support the MRC team in evaluating a range of sports media rights and properties by parsing large data sets and analysing key industry media performance metrics 
  • Assist in the analysing, buying, selling, and acquisition of media rights of major sporting properties and platforms 
  • Compile viewership analysis reports utilizing Nielsen and other regional measurement tools 
  • Develop appropriate media and business solutions that address client requirements and commercial needs 
  • Monitor the broader TMT (Technology, Media and Telecom) sector, sports media landscape and assist in sourcing new business opportunities across leagues, media platforms, and investment firms
